General Terms and Conditions

1. Limitations

In no event shall EL-Makeup be held reliable for any damage occurring on any fabrics, materials or skin caused by Makeup applications of any kind. EL-Makeup uses selected high-end brands to ensure the safest possible Make up application for you and your loved once and will conduct a consultation Form on your first Service visit in order to find out any allergic nor medical conditions that are skin related or current treatments such as Botox to ensure highest safety. Nevertheless if an allergic reaction should occur EL-Makeup will not be held responsible for the Makeup Brands as quality measures of the products are provided by the manufacturer. Furthermore, if a Kids face-paint end up staining a fabric under your jurisdiction as a care holder or parent EL-Makeup will also not be held responsible. 

2. Payment

EL-Makeup is currently a cash only Business. You will be prompted to the agreed payment in cash after the use of Service provided by EL-Makeup. You will be able receive a receipt, if desired. The payment is non-refundable and outstanding payments will be followed up on nor may lead for you to be blacklisted nor refusal of future Services.

Vouchers can be legally purchased from EL-Makeup and can be traded in as down payment for the stated Service on the voucher. Vouchers with a service description are non-transferrable to another Service. For Example: If you have a voucher for a Kids Face-paint Party you must use the voucher for this specific service and no other Service such as Wedding Make overs, etc.

3. Hiring of Products

You will be prompted to pay a reasonable Deposit, when hiring any of our products.

The Value of the Deposit is being calculated by the materials used + an hourly rate of hand making our products in order to cover any loss or damage. Our products have to be returned in the same condition as handed out, however if the product is showing damage we may have to take parts of your deposit in order to cover the damage. 

4. Availability

Unless otherwise stated, the services featured on this website are only available within Ireland and Northern Ireland, or in relation to postings from Ireland and Northern Ireland. All advertising is intended solely for Irish market.
